Heathcote Five Corners Coalition Proposed Rider to Paragraph 18
Add the following:
(d) any proposed or actual increase in the aggregate density of structures or other improvements on 2 4 Weaver Street and the parcel of land shown on Exhibit A greater than the aggregate density of structures or other improvements existing thereon as of August 1, 2010 without the prior approval of such increases by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Scarsdale, and (e) the cessation for more than 120 days in any 365 day period of the operation in the Heathcote Tavern building of a restaurant and cocktail lounge of a size and type commensurate with the other restaurants and cocktail lounges that have operated in that building since January 1, 2007. |
