Our Mission

The Coalition’s mission is to provide a voice for the Scarsdale residents who wish to articulate their concerns over the changes in the character of our community.  The Coalition wishes to persuade the Village to relieve and reduce traffic congestion at the Heathcote Five Corners and to ensure development at the Five Corners consistent with the “Village in the Park” concept of the Scarsdale Master Plan before approving development projects.
